Hi! The bottom row is defined here: https://github.com/Julow/Unexpected-Keyboard/blob/master/res/xml/bottom_row.xml
To redefine the bottom row, you need to set bottom_row="false", see for example this layout: https://github.com/Julow/Unexpected-Keyboard/blob/master/res/xml/greekmath.xml

Thanks for the answer! Luckily (I mean by the keyboard's great design) I didn't have to fidget with the bottom row and was able to put the switch to greekmath key to the shift button.
