Are you just opening the index.html in the browser or are you running it on a server?

I'm not actually using index.html -- I'm trying to include it in a website of mine. I'm running it on the server, though, not just opening the html page in a browser. (Sorry for the delay in response -- I was in Korea)

OK, I got index.html running just fine on my server, so it must be something I'm doing in the process of integrating autocomplete into my own angular app. I'll keep working on it.

I've resolved this. Not even exactly sure what I had been doing wrong, but I fixed it by basically starting over and trying again.
