Please, provide some details - Redmine version, database used, other plugins installed, etc. Also it will be good if you can provide me what log file of Redmine contains after this error 404 (the lines after open issue (ticket) request).

No, it is not connected with the missing URL, URL provides only link to author's web site (if any). Also I'm doubt whether it depends of the way you have configured it - it just need to be copied in the redmine's plugins folder and Redmine to be restarted.

There is no information about this issue nor I can reproduce it so I'm closing it.

Hello Kamen,

i have the same Problem.
After installation everthing seems to to be allright.
Only if i try to open an existing Call, than i get the message
"The page you were trying to access doesn't exist or has been removed." (notice_file_not_found)

Here some installinformation.
Environment:
Redmine version 2.3.1.stable
Ruby version 1.9.3 (i386-mingw32)
Rails version 3.2.13
Environment production
Database adapter Mysql2
Redmine plugins:
redmine_banner 0.0.9
redmine_mylyn_connector 2.8.2.stable
redmine_watcher_groups 0.0.1

Which redmine version are you using?
