Je pensais à une autre méthode, ajouter la possibilité de dupliquer un projet avec les tâches et actions automatiques.
Exemple:
- Tu créé un projet modèle (un template) pour ton plan de test avec les tâches/colonnes qui vont bien
- Pour commencer une nouvelle série de tests, tu duplique le projet et t'as un tableau à l'état initial
- Une fois terminé, tu peux supprimer le projet dupliqué

Ca ferait le job en effet, mais à mon avis c'est moins ergonomique.
Passer par un projet template suppose
- De prévoir à l'avance qu'on va passer par un template, car faire un template une fois le projet commencé va être long (duppliquer le projet, dans la nouvelle instance déplacer toutes les tâches à la main car on a pas d'actions de colonne, réinitialiser les états éventuellement ...)
- De demander aux utilisateurs de changer de projet à chaque itération, ce qui peut être utile pour archiver des itérations (dans ce cas il faut pouvoir fermer des projets, je sais pas si c'est possible)
- Si on veut rajouter une tache ou en modifier une, il faut le faire 2 fois, dans l'itération courante et dans le template.
Donc pour moi, la notion de projet template peut être intéressante, mais les actions de colonnes sont complémentaires.
Par exemple une action "Déplacer toutes les tâches vers la colonne 1" peut être utile si on a 20+ taches, un genre de "Tout marquer comme lus" dans un lecteur RSS ou mail.
