最低支持到iOS 6，目前是由AFNetworking决定的

早期的YTKNetwork是基于ASI的，能支持 iOS5+，由于iOS5用户已经很少，加上ASI也很久没有人维护，所以我们就切换到基于AFNetworking了，相应变成了支持 iOS6+

设置了cacheTimeInSeconds ，做了Bapi loadCacheWithError:nil 判断，ios11在请求接口数据后断网杀死app，进入app 可以读取数据。但是ios10.3.3版手机 却找不到fileManager fileExistsAtPath:path isDirectory:nil 路径 读取不到数据
