Thanks, patch was committed.

In order for to make diff file use GNU tools
(http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net/packages/diffutils.htm) or use TortoiseSVN
(http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/)

With the first one you can to make diff files in command line (diff -BurN
ChangeLog.old ChangeLog > ChangeLog.patch)

With the second one you can do it by context menu (TortoiseSVN->Create Patch),
preliminary you should do SVN Checkout at folder you want.

heh, I know how to do a diff. But it seems all tools (tortoise, diff from
cygwin,
diff in opensuse, svn diff) just omiited the ui file... it just takes new one
into
the patch.

Anyway thanks for quic responses.
