See the updated setup-eww.el in 3b72a3b.

That commits adds 2 new variables:

• A customization variable modi/eww-search-alist that you can customize.
• A constant modi/eww-google-search-url that holds the Google search URL. I use this URL as a fallback if modi/eww-search-alist does not contain an element for your set value of eww-search-prefix.

So you can do:

(with-eval-after-load 'setup-eww
  (add-to-list 'modi/eww-search-alist '("https://www.google.com.hk/search?q="
                                        . "[[:digit:]]+ 項結果[[:blank:]]*$")))

This worked from my brief testing.. see if it works for you too.
