在使用RabbitMQ作为消息队列的时候，队列中有大量的消息。相关进程在消费队列中的消息一段时间后，staticWorker与dynamicWorker进程都一直存在，但却不在继续消费消息，导致队列中的任务大量的积攒。请问这个是什么原因呢？
有尝试过try catch 异常么？ 有时候下游消费异常，无法处理的话，有可能导致这样，可以在消费入口处，接一下下游的异常，然后exit。

重启是否有效？多半是因为业务代码有异常
