+1 Addition, would be nice to be able to check what Police department the player is in, so we could assign calls according to it. Like if he joinst LS Coast Guards, then I can assign boat callouts to him.
+2 And the overall capeabilty to assign callouts to specific departments/areas or smth like that.

Your first suggestions will be in a later update (not in 0.6.4), but the other will be in the next version. You'll be able to obtain information about the player (eg. Rank, Department, DepartmentID, XP, DisplayName, and a few more ).
TIll I don't add the first suggestions, I'll leave this issue open.
