Hey!

To answer your first question, I'd recommend creating a 3.10 environment. I can't promise everything will work properly on 3.8 - that's up to you to determine if you need to use that version. FYI, it's possible to have multiple versions of Python installed on your machine at once.

As for your second question, the path is generated by RuneLite, so it's out of our control. This page discusses how to get plugin profiles set up in case that folder doesn't exist for you already: https://github.com/kelltom/OS-Bot-COLOR/wiki/Launching-a-Bot-With-Custom-Settings
