Thanks. What you see is the UX for creating a new namespace. The namespace you selected doesn't exist yet (it's just a placeholder until you create it). I fully agree we need to make the UX clearer here. Thanks for the report Shruti!

Ideally it should have been created as I do have flows with that namespace. If we already have flows with that namespace, does the namespace still need to be created exploiting?

yes, we discussed internally and we plan to automatically create namespaces, tracked on this ticket https://github.com/kestra-io/kestra-ee/issues/1038
