This is fantastic insight, I'll have to look into the exact rules I end up using. Personally, I'd like OK in the right at all times, all browsers and OSes - Windows has to release it's death-grip.

Agreed. Until I found that article, I'd always heard people saying "Order doesn't matter as long as its consistent." Now that there's actually a reason, I'd say it's worth it to stick to the superior layout whenever it's possible to break free from legacy systems.

Also, I made a single-word (but very important) fix for a typo in my initial post so, if you need that detection logic block, don't take it from the "new issue" notification e-mail.
