We can setup a separate milestone or tag for feature requests. And projects in milestones.

What about slightly more complex features that you can't just sit down and complete in one sitting? (e.g. "Improve admin tools" ;-)

I think a milestone with issues as todos would work for that. Could also have one "main" issue as a free form brainstorming space.
