I think there is far to much terms, conditions and legal speak in software. I don't want to be part of it. Take it and do what you want with it!

The legal speak is motivated by lawsuits that do really happen in the real world, and those terms and conditions actually protect you and users of your software from nastiness. Your refusal to do something actually compounds the problem of frivolous lawsuits.

It's your choice, though, so I will just look for another package or write something similar from scratch.
