Ideally we should be able to pull this from the YAML. This works for modules but not for a merged set of modules since the manifest is the only thing that defines the merged set of modules.
Consider
- frontmatter (ideally generic for all generated md files) (currently has YAML for the course)
- module1/mymodule.md (contains YAML for module)
- module2/mymodule.md (contains YAML for module)
For an individual module using the generic front matter it can use the associated YAML. But for a merged set of modules, there is no unique markdown file that contains the YAML. Currently course YAML is stored in the frontmatter.
