Some things I need to figure out:
Should validation just fail if there are both scoped changelogs and a top level one? Or should it split the entries somehow?Is there any point in having top level packages listed if scopes are also listed? Would you ever have some packages which should get global changes but not specific ones?Is it worth having Dobby try and auto-find monorepo setups by matching scope to directory name?- What to do about the
