Browserify example in documentation does not run.

Hi!

I'm on [email protected], koa-bundle@^1.0.13 and koa@^1.0.0. The first example, the browserify one, in the documentation fails to run. Here is my code:

so we're not waiting a while on the first request.

replace csso with clean-css

csso can't handle some css

mounted paths don't quite work as expected

Missing the map, and path isn't relative to the root instance.

still building every time in production with mounted paths

Caching?

How can we cache responses from bundled assets? What would be your recommended approach? Using gulp?
