[app/ux] Introduce `NowProvider` for current `DateTime` synchronization

After conversation with @kpostekk, we've reached the conclusion, that rather than utilize useContext(), Zustand will be use to create NowStore:

  now: DateTime.now(),

      now: DateTime.now(),

This change will require major refactor inside app/ux:

• new Date() -> now.toJSDate() + const now = useNowStore((state) => state.now)
• DateTime.now() -> now + const now = useNowStore((state) => state.now)
• DateTime.diffNow() -> DateTime.diff(now) + const now = useNowStore((state) => state.now)

Initialization of const now = useNowStore((state) => state.now) should be placed at the lowest depth possible.
