unexpected return pc for runtime.doInit called from

It seems that the problem occurred in edgecore 1.13 because k8s 1.23 does not support armv7. After upgrading to 1.14, the problem can be solved. when you install edgecore,you can specify what version it is.

I have a second edge with armv7 which is running totally fine.
downgrading the kluster to k8s 1.23 is no option in my use case.
anything else that can be done?

Sorry, maybe I didn't make myself clear before. You don't need to downgrade the k8s version. I mean edgecore 1.13, which import the k8s v1.23, causes this problem, so you can avoid the edgecore 1.13 version when installing the edgecore version.

my edgecore is 1.16.1, I never user 1.13.x.
the edge node where freshly installed with 1.16.1.

Maybe I get why cause it. Are there any pod scheduled on the edge nodes? Would you please provide the pod details?

I'll try to reproduce the problem, it might take a while. You can also try edgecore v1.14 if you need to make the edgecore running.
