@fejta Many of GCI jobs started to fail because of the service account change: whatever new account is used needs to be added to the image_project.
What's new account for GCI jobs?

We should probably use a different account for PR Jenkins, however, as I noted in 972416f#commitcomment-18388887.

Right now hack/jenkins/upload-to-gcs.sh still uses whatever credentials are currently activated (which is sometimes the default service account, sometimes the stored service account).
We could probably add a build step for all jobs which activates the stored service account, since it seems to persist for later steps.
