A restore script

This repo should have a script to easily restore backups when needed.
It should:

• Do part of the setup performed from the backup script (folder creations, mounting gocryptfs filesystems)
• Read list of available backups on MEGA
• Unencrypt selected backup
• Stop containers and restore volumes
• Start containers again

Publish backup scripts

Publish the backup script used to backup the volumes

In case of failure during backup/restore, a clean up procedure should be executed

If something goes wrong when backing up, the script should undo all the changes performed so far.
It should:

• Keep track of the steps performed
• Undo each step

Move 'volumes' folder out of the repo

The volumes folder is problematic right now because it's part of the repository. It hinders the ability to quickly pull changes from a dev branch into an actual running instance of this repo (that has its customisations).

The folder should be just deleted and an init script should be made. The script should:

• be run once to install the project
• create the volumes folder with the subfolders as well
• prevent folder creation if that already exists
