Thank you for your attention to our research. Your question highlights a significant aspect of our study. It is indeed true that hyperparameter tuning predominantly depends on the evaluation of the validation set, and this practice is widely observed in the field. Currently, we address the challenge of overfitting by employing early stopping strategies. In addition, we are actively investigating improved methodologies to further mitigate this issue.
