- 使用GUID替换原来数据库中的MD5
- 计算RSS的链接和最近推送的GUID的MD5，将其作为是否最近推送过的标志，改值保存在内存中
- 遍历后若发现无法匹配数据库中的GUID，则此次不推送，并更新GUID

还是会出现重复推送的问题，需要给每个RSS单独创建一个存储的数据结构，而不应该把所有的保存在一个数据结构里
