Hi there. Without looking at the code: it's perfectly possible to create a new subscription for the same price identifiers. As you can see these subscriptions are both cancelled so most likely the first one got cancelled, the user subscribed anew for a new subscription and they cancelled that one as well.

@driesvints I had manually cancelled the two subscriptions. My platform shouldn't allow two of the same subscriptions. I don't know how they've even be able to get two of the same subscriptions based on the attached code.

Stripe perfectly allows for two subscriptions with the same price id. You should add checks in place that they aren't allowed to subscribe to a product if they already have a subscription. I can't help you with your code sorry, try a support channel:
