Experiencing this issue as well.

I cloned a repo that had sail already installed and working on a different machine. Each time I've run sail up, it's failed on my machine.

• Currently using docker, wsl2 and ubuntu 20.04.
• Other machine was a macbook pro.

Looks like this possibly has to do with clock drift in my Ubuntu on WSL. This is because the date and time was off by around 10 hours. referenced from here. Shutting down and restarting WSL seems to have fixed this issue.
