Having a license is vital to the usage of your project. Refer to this answer on stackoverflow for more information.
Here's a (probably incomplete) list of free software licenses for your consideration.

Alright Thanks i will most certainly do so But to how much files only to the customview ??

You can set the license to all files if you want, but in my opinion the way to do so it to add a license file to the root filesystem of the repository and add it to the readme. Only if some file is distributed under a different license (for example owned by aosp) add it to the file.

Yep, call it simply "LICENSE" put the license in it and commit it to the root directory of your repo.

Not needed, you can just use an file without file ending.

HeHe. Yeah. Git is a very nice (and mighty) tool, if you know how to use it properly. I can't code anymore without Git, all my project use it.
