今天重新编译新的包，执行建表报错，hbase目录以及清空，同时集群已经重启

跟Issue #14 一样，Master没启动成功，Zookeeper中找不到Master的地址。

[ihadoop]

master启动ok了，60010都ok，regionserver也启动ok！然后又重启了一遍，就可以啦

估计是启动太快了，com.codefollower.lealone.hbase.zookeeper.TcpPortTracker类的tcpPortMap字段还是null，
我查一下原因。
