I create a folder "sessions" inside the storage/framework/ , can solve the second problem,

I referenced the https://stackoverflow.com/questions/23540083/failed-to-open-stream-permission-denied-error-laravel ,

I ran
php artisan cache:clear
chmod -R 777 storage/
composer dump-autoload

I void as the same way.

Any help?
