What about
make all? The target name is free.
It is free, but isn't that generally meant for making making more than one target file rather than a file with all features.
I am not aware of a switch (but I'm rusted on the install process), and indeed as a user I'd prefer something shorter than
-i/--interface sdl2/ncurses.
Could do it like Emacs and have it be -nw (short for --no-window-system) to force use of ncurses when it is built with both. The main reason I went with this scheme was that it could work the same for any future interfaces that could be added or removed.
