Update salat dependency to 1.9.3

I've published a 1.4.0-SNAPSHOT, it's built against play 2.2, but should work with play 2.1.3 to.

Could you @alangalvino try it out?

The things that have been changed are:

• Salat 1.9.3
• Play 2.2.0
• Possible breaking change, cappedCollection size and max is now Long instead of Int #46
• Change to MongoClient and use MongoClientOptions instead of the now depricated MongoOptions #51

Give me some feedback and I'll release 1.4.0 to maven central if there's nothing to wrong with the release.

What can be good to check is if you're using any custom options, since later versions of mongo don't seem to support the same options, you might have to change them around a bit.

I tested '1.4.0-SNAPSHOT' version in my app(play 2.1.3) and everything is ok for now.

I tried upgrade my app to play 2.2.0 but i got error while testing the plugin with subprojects. In runtime everything is fine. I find this issue playframework/playframework#1695 and seems that's something in classpath of submodules configuration and also in FakeApplication configuration.

Since this is due to play 2.2 and not with the plugin I'm going to release 1.4

I've also updated to 1.9.4 and play 2.2.1 and run all the tests

It should be available from central soon.
