Raspberry pi 4 build failed

I try use before instruction Build and install Debian package, that not work.
I use instruction Building [Leosac] and now building pass.
Next problem is starting.

@hinkma did you run make install after make?
If so, be sure module folder is on library path, with appropriate permissions (see recent #142).
