Hi,

TimeSide's architecture is indeed focused on streaming to handle very large 
files, but it is more an archive post-processor written in Python and a 
end-user interactive HTML5 player based on 
[http://www.schillmania.com/projects/soundmanager2/ SoundManager2]. Its 
transcoding engine is based on Gstreamer.

It could be a good tool in this state for a radio project if archives are only 
streamed to the browsers. But, if you are designing a true live streaming radio 
with a streaming server, I've written [https://github.com/yomguy/DeeFuzzer 
DeeFuzzer] for that.

I use it, for example, for 2 radio stations with a simple SoundManager2 hack as 
the streaming player:
http://radio1001.org/
http://deefuzz.parisson.com/

So my question is : is your project based on media files streamed to the user 
browser or to a relaying server?
