Actually, it's currently not possible to override setUp() since it uses local version of cleanup() which is different in subleveldown compared to abstract-leveldown and same goes for tearDown() which calls setUp().
Also, collectEntries() is almost identical. But abstract-leveldown uses setTimeout(next, 0) and subleveldown uses process.nextTick(next) which is way faster, so keeping it as is.
