Did not do any pre-estimates, as I was noodling around to see if I'd be ABLE to fix the bug, and then it was fixed, because it's actually a simple fix.
Actual time taken: ~45min
Testing procedure: (pick one) Playtest
Test Pass Condition(s): Long titles are displayed in their entirety.
Risks: This may not work if the title is super extra long, since there's still a minimum font size.
Risk Resolution: Honestly if the title is THAT LONG it either needs to be cut down OR we need to resize the tooltips entirely. So I guess that's not a resolution as much as further action if needed? Anyway at this stage we're unlikely to be adding more modules so it's fine for now.
