The new libbitcoin_client library has been integrated and the first network request was made against the airbitz testnet server.

This conversion to libbitcoin_client for all obelisk calls has been completed by @pmienk. Since unit/component testing is not feasible for the network commands these are awaiting functional test. Functional tests (i.e. against the command line and in the case of network commands against an actual server) will be created for all commands, however these will be implemented first.

All implemented network commands have functional tests and 100% passing against production obelisk servers.
