usbmuxd depends on libimobiledevice, but not on libusbmuxd. So you can build libusbmuxd, then libimobiledevice, and then usbmuxd and you're good.

Just a side note: on OSX and windows you don't need usbmuxd since iTunes/MobileDevice supports already has its own usbmuxd.

Ah thanks! Noted. . . I'm having trouble compiling ifuse now :( Hope you don't mind - created an issue there to ask what's going on -> implicit cast between timespec and time_t ?
