I just tested this using both https://github.com/grandcat/zeroconf/blob/master/examples/register/server.go and my modified version that picks a specific local interface @
main.txt
It has the same problem as mention above on Windows.

Now I see that it looks like this repository is no longer maintained. It has been superseded by:
https://github.com/cpuchip/zeroconf

I would greatly appreciate if the owners of this repository either remove it or refer to the refer to the repository above as it actually works on Windows. Also please remove this package from the golang package repository: https://pkg.go.dev/github.com/grandcat/zeroconf

I wasted a LOT of time working with this broken package. PLEASE remove it.
