Gauge cost text now appears in the attack boxes. The boxes also change color 
when the attack is usable to the color of the gauge that they require at 
minimum. In other words, attacks with gauge cost 0 - 5 will be colored blue and 
attacks with cost 6 - 18 will be colored orange. When an attack is used, the 
attack boxes is colored a lighter version of the color in the box. This is 
currently implemented by creating two arrays of colors with one array have 
corresponding lighter colors to the first array. Eventually, some sort of 
function should be created that takes in a color and returns a lighter version 
of that color in order to ensure higher flexibility. I will create a new, low 
priority ticket for this task.
