Should be able to switch between available targets in order of distance, a la
Kingdom Hearts, with one button for switching further and one for switching
closer. Targets should be stored in an array list "trackable" by the game
state, which should update with all trackable elements on each update.

Added in r13. Free controlling and locking can be alternated with TAB,
switching of targets to nearer/further with 1/2 respectively and controlling of
free camera is done via WASD keys.
