Implement Slide show module

In order to test a slide show example, the wind_355 magazine can be downloaded from the app. The is a slide show on page 29.

As you have probably seen, this has been partially developed, but it is still incomplete, and there are memory issues.

Yes start the first slide again. In general, all slide shows should start again at first slide when finished.

No, when the user scrolls, instead of appearing progressively from right to left (or left to right), the slide should appear entirely after a certain scrolling threshold. This gives the impression of an accelerated video. For a nice example, see wind_355 page 18.
