Supporting SGB in both VBAs requires repeating a considerable amount of effort for no gain; one is enough.
The correct one for fancy features is VBA-M (libretro/vbam-libretro#15); this one is trimmed down quite a lot, and would be far harder to add SGB to.
Closing this one as redundant.
edit: actually, the GB and GBA emulation is entirely separate, so there is little if any point in even trying to share anything between them. It is most likely better to make VBA-GBC a separate core.
