For TCMalloc:

libgoogle-perftools-dev will also install libgoogle-perftools4 and doesn't require google-perftools

libcudnn7-dev depends on libcudnn7.

For self-play you will need 15 gigs of storage because you need to install the correct packages

1. You need tensorflow-gpu for learning, but make sure you do pip3 install tensorflow-gpu so it doesn't install it into python 2 by default.
2. You need tensorflow for the shuffler-exporter as well
3. You don't need either for self-play so that one you can just keep at 10G

When I migrate to another provider I will try using the additional gatekeeper server and report back

I suggest installing a newer cmake

so first uninstall the older one
sudo apt remove cmake
and then install it from the snap store
sudo snap install cmake --classic

then close your terminal and open it again
