Hello @PhilRMCD,
Right after cloning the pia app, have you moved into the new pia folder ?

I my mind, the process it's:
1 - git clone
2 ( important) - cd ./pia
3 - npm i or yarn
4 - ng serve or ng build

Look at this Wiki section

A another problem could be your angular cli version: Actualy you need Angular CLI in version 11.0.1.

I followed the https://github.com/LINCnil/pia-back/blob/master/README.md and done everthing as stated in there. After I completed this, I went to the https://github.com/LINCnil/pia/blob/master/README.md and followed this tutorial again.

Can you send us a screenshot of the error from the terminal during the installation ?

I think "The serve command requires to be run in an Angular project, but a project definition could not be found." would say you need to be IN the pia app folder (directly cloned from The pia angular project, not the pia-back folder ) for starting it when you type ng serve.

Thanks.
