Rackaware rebalancing puts replicas in the same rack

I think even, rackaware instead of rackaware, even did the trick for me. Is it expected?

In order to work properly, rackaware must always be the last module specified. Otherwise any of the other modules can mess it up (as they don't know racks). The rackaware module will maintain the size/count balance when it runs, however.

What do you think about logging a bold warning and rewriting types to put rackaware in the end?

Agree that this would be very reasonable. Probably throw an error if rackaware is anything except last, and require a --force option to be specified to override.
