It is interesting that the installation applications from external repositories have this problem, but those from the official repository do not have such problems, I think that the problem is from linux mint, not from the developers of these applications.

I've had a similar problem when I used fedora 37 (I switched to mint because it's way more stable), so this might be a kernel issue.
