Mint-X is not ready for gtk3.20+ yet. Will be working on it very soon. Mint-Y is in decent shape for it but still needs some work.

Thank you for the reply, I forgot to ask before, but are the GTK2 and GTK3 themes being merged into one source, or are they still going to be separate packages as they are now?
