429 有俩原因，但都不是 API 的问题
能看到 429 背后的错误信息吗？
一种是太多请求，但你这个情况突然不行应该不是
所以就是会话要刷新，比如你在别的地方提了新问题，但是在这里没刷新，那么它的那些关联 id 就乱了，解决方法，重新刷新会话内容
或者简单的测试方法，开个新会话，如果正常就是第二，不正常就是第一
