I am having the same issue. I've tried everything I can think of but when I set up the One-Pager function I loose the sticky header I want.

Hi, I have figured out what was my mistake in my case.
I didn't have included all the SECTIONs (or DIV if it's your case..) that I listed in my menu.
For example:

<ul class="nav navbar-nav">
<li class="menuItem active"><a href="#home">Home</a></li>
<li class="menuItem"><a href="#about">About</a></li>
<li class="menuItem"><a href="#work">Work</a></li>
<li class="menuItem"><a href="#contact">Contact</a></li>
</ul >

And then I'd just written:

<section id="home">
bla bla bla
</section>

<section id="about">
bla bla bla
</section>

<section id="contact">
bla bla bla
</section>

Note that i forgot to create the section #work after section #about ...
So I wrote it and the sticky menu worked fine!

***And in the script too, you have to check if you wrote all the section's #IDs
