I've also had the same problem with ubuntu, unable to compile, get rid of Werror, change the string length of the exception, and make a lot of errors
from heif-utility-native-dll.

在linux上编译不是问题，我之前编译过，在某些地方稍加修改就可以。
但问题不在于编译，在于linux上的opencv需要支持hevc解码才行，我对linux不熟，所以没搞定这个...
