I've updated the code in github of the various packages, the example should work now, see e.g.

(note that you of course have to change the path for loading SystemJS and the load script in the html file)

I've not updated npm yet and to install all relevant packages you will need to run this script for now:

Apart from that I will starting to deploy a transition Lively install including the tools we are building on

I have added a ready-to-go loader dist/lively.modules.js. Please see the updated examples in examples/browser and examples/nodejs for the usage. This should make it straightforward.
